The toadstool itself is a stacker: its spotted red cap lifts away from the smooth beechwood stem, giving little hands the satisfying lift-and-replace of a first stacking toy before the story even begins. The six Woodlies are natural wood with friendly character faces in a soft, warm palette - small enough for a toddler's grip, characterful enough to earn names, voices and firm favourites.
