Rosa & Bo’s 10th Birthday Weekend

To celebrate our 10th birthday, every order on our website with an order number ending in 0 will be refunded, up to £50. Here’s how it works.

1. Who’s running it
The promotion is run by Rosa & Bo Ltd.

2. When it runs
From 8:00am on Saturday 24 October 2026 to 11:59pm on Monday 26 October 2026 (UK time). The time each order is placed is taken from our website’s records.

3. Who can take part
Anyone placing an order on rosaandbo.com for delivery to a UK address. No extra purchase or entry is needed. Every order placed during the promotion is included automatically, and our prices have not changed for it.

4. How winning orders are chosen
Our website gives every order a number in the order it’s placed. Any order placed during the promotion whose number ends in 0 (for example #1240 or #1250) qualifies. The number shown in your order confirmation email is the one that counts.

5. What you get

• A refund of your order total, including any delivery charge, up to a maximum of £50 per order. If your order is over £50, we’ll refund £50.
• The refund goes back to the original payment method once your order has been dispatched, usually within 14 days of the promotion ending.
• There’s no cash alternative or exchange.

6. Exclusions and fair use

• Orders that are cancelled before dispatch, or returned, don’t qualify, and their number won’t be passed to another order.
• Only one refund per customer or household.
• Orders placed through Amazon, other retailers or wholesale accounts are not included.
• We may exclude orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or are attempting to manipulate the promotion, such as repeatedly placing and cancelling orders.

7. Free shipping code
Code BIRTHDAY10 gives free standard UK delivery on orders placed during the promotion dates above. It can’t be combined with other discount codes. Orders using the code still count for the order-ending-in-0 refund.

8. The small print

• If something outside our control means we can’t run the promotion as described, we may change or end it, and we’ll update this page.
• These terms don’t affect your statutory rights, including your right to return items under our normal returns policy.
• We’ll only use your details to process your order and any refund, in line with our Privacy Policy.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
